Getting Started

Ok, so I know that starting your car's upgrades and modifications is one of the hardest parts, if not, the hardest part in this entire process, but that is why I am here. First, like I said in my previous post, you need to research the different after market accessories you are going to invest in for your car's performance. This is VERY important because some equipment may actually lower the cars performance, and/or reliability. Research is the key ingredient to starting your transformation. Remember, the internet is your friend, use it and the people on it for good advice, but rarely, if at all, buy from a non-credited source or website, unless you want to get ripped off.

Second, make a plan. Decide what you are going to put on when and where (at your local shop, or do-it-yourself). Having a plan will increase the success you will have in the end. Do not be afraid to write stuff down.

Third, get to work. If you want your project to get done, make sure you have the funds to do so and don't put it off. If you do, you are just wasting your time and money on something that isn't finished or done right, and remember, its what you want your car to look like and perform, it is not really about what other people think. Oh and one more tip, you are on the inside of your car more often, maybe it would be smart to invest some money into the interior first if you are going to invest any money at all.

Any questions, leave a comment or contact me on my page.
